Vieste & Co. is a boutique consulting and advisory firm founded in Hong Kong in 2011. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs in the technology space to better prepare themselves and their companies when facing immanent growth, global expansion and ultimately, the capital market.
Our founding partners come from various backgrounds in TMT, consulting and private equity. We have seen firsthand how entrepreneurs and private company owners may be put at a disadvantage when dealing with investors, auditors, compliance/regulators and global conglomerates for the first time. Most importantly, we work along side the entrepreneur to implement these changes, work through the resistances, and facilitate difficult conversations.

Design and implement optimal shareholding structures both onshore and offshore to support and facilitate future expansion and in preparation for capital market involvement. Design and implement plans for circular economy and carbon footprint reduction, obtain accreditation for carbon neutrality.

A resourceful specialist in M&A, strategic partnerships and globalization with extensive industry networks and twenty years of international experience. A communications expert who speaks regularly with international media and presents at world-class industry events. A professional engineer dedicated to and passionate about the environment, integrity, shareholder interest and social responsibility.
As the founder of Vieste, Ms. Li also sits on the board of directors for several companies renowned for their leadership and innovation in the ESG space.
As an Executive Director and board-hired Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) on the board of Li Tong Group (LTG), one of the world’s largest electronic recycling service providers, Ms. Li pioneered LTG’s transformational closed-loop recovery solution for mobile devices and established the first carbon footprint savings system for measuring the recycle-rebirth effectiveness of Hi-Tech product portfolios. Under her leadership, LTG has become the world’s foremost authority and solutions provider for helping OEMs enable both Post-industrial Recovery and Post-Consumer Trade-in and Recycling on a single global platform. Through her previous start-up work and her experience as a product lifecycle management consultant with aerospace and defence OEMs such as Boeing and Rolls-Royce, Ms. Li has immersed herself in the lifecycle of Hi-Tech products, from conceptualization and design, to production and commercialization. Today, Ms. Li is recognized as an expert in the field of Green Supply Chain Management, specializing in cradle-to-cradle and Design-for-Recycle programs.
Ms. Li holds a Master of Engineering degree in Supply Chain Management jointly from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Zaragoza, and a B.A.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from University of Toronto. Ms. Li is the endower of the Joseph Paradi Scholarship in Engineering Entrepreneurship at University of Toronto.
